We have been in business for over 30 years and have carved our niche in the market as being number one in sales and service of point of sale equipment which includes our core business, cash registers.
In place we have four mobile field service technicians who have had years of training with us and all have been with us for over 4 years. Our in-house technicians are also there for problems which are not feasible to solve on customer’s sites and have a combined 24 years of experience .We deploy our field technicians daily to customers in various locations as the need dictates.
Our office in Montego Bay does their own dispatching covering their territory.
Seldom, we are not able to reach all our customers scheduled for the day but we make every effort to complete all calls within forty eight (48) hours.
We service all equipment that we sell which comprises of cash registers, scales, pricing guns, receipt printers and scanners.
We presently are looking at opening a branch in Mandeville to effectively satisfy the overwhelming needs in an around that region. Our aim is to have our customers completely satisfied in order for us to remain the number one in the industry.
